R. orchestrates again; I do nothing much except look around, read with Loldi (German stories, etc.), and drag myself about, for I still feel very unwell. In the afternoon played with the children, since they had some young guests.
In the evening we wanted to read Pericles, but could not find it in the Tieck-Schlegel[i] edition.
[i] Pericles: though this play is included in most English editions of Shakespeare, there is still doubt whether the text as published is entirely his work; Tieck did in fact translate the play into German but included it in a volume entitled Alt- Englisches Theater oder Supplemente zum Shakespeare (Old English Theater or Supplements to Shakespeare).
