Cosima Wagner Diary

Worked with Loldi. At lunch R. says that on Fidi’s account he has drafted a complete educational plan, he would like to send it to Falk, the Minister of Education, and see a large prize offered for working it out in detail. “If the minister does not do something about it, then very well, I shall pay for the prize myself.” —

In the afternoon I read Moliere’s Les Precieuses ridicules with Lusch. In the evening Schopenhauer’s Parerga, read the description “The Philosopher” with delight. —

We hear bad things about the family in Leipzig—our niece Doris, is proving a real burden to the Kolb family in Viersen, the Feustels tell us.
